Volleyball yesterday was fun, but one word of pre-caution to all... whatever sport you are doing, before doing it.. Stretch. And stretch and warm up enough. So i was playing half way and after all the spiking (smashing the volleyball into ur opponents :P) i feel a sharp pain on my upper left chest near my colar bone which results in a very discomforting surge of agony everytime it hits the "spot" of where the pain is..

I got to the court late so my stretchings was thorough enough, as i usually emphasize alot on stretching because of this exact reason. Well i guess i was complacent and of all the days, yesterday was the day i "kena". So a lesson to all and myself of course, take ur time stretching, its better stretching for 6-10 mins rather 6-10 days of pain.

ouch.. thats exactly where the pain actually is.. :(

    hahaha ya la.. good thing not up my....

    its less painful now.. but it's still there.. just need to do more stretching daily.macam physiotheraphy la.not only this.. got another sakit also.. may foot but that will come in another post.
