Its been quite a long while since i've posted. Yesterday was Lejo Pitem's birthday, :) happy birthday to him and may he get to do all the 14 things he wanted to do, Plus many more..
Today's journey to the office was quite a long one.. we had to make a long detour because both main roads we usually take towards the office are jammed packed and not moving any faster than a bacteria on the back of a snail trying to get to lutong office. So we made a U-Turn and drive towards Brunei and turned left on the Traffic light and drove on the Kuala Baram road towards Sri Bima. It was a long ride but actually quite an enjoyable on.. :) (always try to look at the bright side of things.. makes a whole lot of difference)

So as we drove, we saw a wide plain with smoke coming up from the ground.. the aftermath of a bushfire, more like "man-made" bushfire. Thank God it rained quite heavily last night and it lasted quite a while thats why it died down. And along the way as well we passed by the school in that area, where my sister in-law teaches. We couldn't see any houses nearby so i thought must been the students are most likely staying deep in the small settlement for the factory workers for "shin yang" not too far from here.

Oh and another thing, while driving we saw a Big Truck carrying Loads of Immigrant Workers! What!?!? Even if they're immigrants.. they still have their rights..Human rights. IF and we dont want that to happen.. IF they crash.. Most likely they'll have 80 - 100 % casualty.. Because it doesnt seem that the truck was going any lower than 50km/h... Sheesh..

Well interestingly we arrived at the office 30 mins after leaving the house. A journey that usually took us 15 mins took 15 mins longer. Ah well, we saw alot of stuff today to compensate for that..
