Good day to all,
last Thursday i was diagnosed to have slipped disc by the Doctor. Funny thing is...The X-ray and MRI photos shows that i had 2 slipped disc before this. But now it happened between L4 and L5 spine. Been having this pain since december 2010, but last wednesday night it hurt so bad i couldnt sleep at night. And the next day rushed to the Clinnic, met the GP and he see that i had spinal frolasp, (if that is what he said or even how it's supposed to be spelled), then refered to the specialist who was funny enough but also good at his work. Took X-ray and then MRI scan.
The absorber jelly that i had in between my spine leaked out and hits my nerve causing severe pain and numbness on my left leg. So now by default i'll sit every 15 mins only, means i have to stand more than i can sit because of the nerve in my buttocks also hurt when i sit.
Yesterday and today seems to be ok, comparing to the past few days before that as i've been surviving the pain by taking painkillers.Been taking 4 pills a day and then on sunday took only 3. then yesterday only took 1 before going to bed. and hopefully today the pain doesnt come at all.
And been attending physiotheraphy and it seems to help. I just hope for speedy recovery.
I thank God for Shirley, she been looking after me so well that i feel guilty she's doing all these things. God knows how i appreciate this wonderful lady.
